Down Under Cruise & Dive are a local family run business operating quality dive and snorkel trips from Cairns for over 30 years.

Delivering the perfect mix of professionalism, service and fun, guests travel aboard the luxurious 35-metre superyacht, Evolution, with up to 5 hours split over two unique Outer Reef locations chosen for their exceptional coral density and prolific marine life.

Snorkel, Scuba Dive, join a Semi-Submersible tour with live commentary from a marine expert or take advantage of Evolution’s extensive lounging areas to simply relax or soak up some tropical sun.

Your day includes a delicious freshly cooked Aussie BBQ lunch consisting of fish, steak, a variety of salads and tasty ocean prawns. On the return cruise to Cairns, sit back and relax with complimentary cheese, biscuits and a glass of wine topping off one of the regions premium reef experiences.

HELICOPTER TRANSFERS

Upgrade the 90 minute catamaran transfer between Cairns and Hastings Reef to a spectacular 25 minute scenic flight, cutting travel time and delivering stunning panoramic views extending from the tropical rainforest clad coastline, across the azure waters of the Coral Sea and into the very heart of Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

Your highly skilled pilot will share their local knowledge of the region while on the lookout for Turtles, Dolphins, Manta Rays, large schools of pelagic fish and even majestic Humpback Whales (Jul-Sep).

Operating from a floating Helipad at Hastings Reef our 10 minute reef-scenic flights are visually spectacular and an experience you will never forget.

From the second you lift off, enjoy sweeping views of this World Heritage Listed icon – the colours and sheer scale of the reef will amaze. Do not forget your camera!
